It’s time to get off your ass. We have all heard about the guideline to exercise 30 minutes five times a week. But surprise, we can’t even be bothered to do that. Researchers in Taiwan have said dedicating 15 minutes a day to a moderate form of exercise would benefit us all. And those Taiwanese really do research their shit. They tracked over 416,000 participants for 13 years. Some dedication. We should repay their efforts by dedicating those 15 minutes a day. How hard can it be.
